Who We Are

At Workers Stay, we’re more than a housing provider — we’re a trusted partner for companies and property owners across Scandinavia.
Our mission is to make corporate accommodation effortless, reliable, and tailored for every project.

Our mission is clear

Our mission is to deliver secure, comfortable, and efficient housing solutions for project teams across Europe — giving your employees a true home away from home, and giving you peace of mind to focus on what matters most: your project’s success.

Workers Stay is a global service provider specializing in corporate accommodation for project-based assignments.

We help companies quickly and easily find high-quality, fully furnished housing for their employees across Sweden and Scandinavia. Our focus is to simplify and improve the housing process for professionals working in construction, industry, installation, and technical fields.
Whether you manage a small crew or a large project team, we provide comfortable, affordable, and ready-to-move-in housing — typically arranged within 24–48 hours.

Workers Stay was founded in 2021 in England under the company name Real Estate Ollopa11 Ltd

(Company number: 13697786 – Incorporated on 22 October 2021).
Since then, we have supported hundreds of European companies with thousands of booked nights, ensuring reliable accommodation for teams working on projects throughout Sweden and the Nordic region.

Our clients come from all across Europe, but we primarily assist construction and industrial companies from Poland, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, and Slovenia — regions where many leading contractors and manufacturers operate in Sweden.
By combining local housing expertise with international communication and flexibility, we make workforce accommodation seamless and stress-free.
